Keep da home clean!

Ah! Slowly we are moving towards the objective of this BlogSpot.

Hello students: the chapter of discussion today is “keep the home clean.” Hmmm! You see, I am very much aware of the fact that some of you are professors, lecturers and not students J, so don’t mind the little sense of humor.

In any case, let’s move directly into the topic of discussion for today, and it is all about cleanliness in our homes. Yes! The home needs to be cleaned. Remember that cleanliness is next to godliness. We are not here to debate on whether you believe in God or not, instead we are focused on understanding why we should always clean our homes clean.

There is a common saying that where are what we eat, what we dress, where we live and even how we live. Yeah! If you keep your home clean then there is no doubting the fact that you are a very neat person. How do you do that then? Let’s start with the kids. The kids are very playful as is of their nature – and you should expect them to easily get dirty and mess the whole house. However, you should also teach them nit to be dirty if you don’t want them to mess the whole house.

Simple manners like “Hey, pick that up and put it inside the bin” or maybe a more psychological aspect of the game like “I don’t mean to be harsh sweety, but I expected you too much clean and matured enough not to liter the whole place with these dirt.”  You see, politeness is all around the examples we are presenting here because as you seek to maintain a clean home, you should not forget that the main purpose is to maintain “Happiness in Home.”

So as we are saying, ensure that the house is not unkempt and that the children are thought how to be responsible and neat. The benefits are very much uncountable, and we can start with the health side in terms of reduce spread of diseases, reduced possibility of inconveniences that will arise from odor, and reduced possibility of harboring rodents, pests and other disease caring vectors. Looking at the spiritual aspect of it, it is widely known that cleanliness is next to Godliness. How about the social influence? Well you don’t even need to ask many questions on that as people will generally think of you when they enter your house and see it very clean. Ah! This family is so wonderful. They are clean people and nice to be around with. Your visitors will feel at ease and peace with your family.

So how can we keep the home clean? Well is easy. Just get some dustbins and place then around all corners of the house. Make sure to put some plastic shades (bags or covers) in those dustbins as it would allow for easy clearing when filled up. Have a roster of who and whom to clean the house and make sure that they adhere strictly with that roster. Set standards and role as a parent by being clean yourself.

The end point is that the house should be kept clean at all times as it would bring along health, spiritual and social benefits. You guys won’t be smelling in public places too L hahaha. Just some final token.

Hope your house will be clean when we come visiting.
